FAQs
How do I sign up for the program? Download the FT Rewards App on the Apple or Google Play Store to sign up! If you are a current member of the VIP Program, you can enter your card number when logging in.
How do I earn points? Every dollar you spend earns one point. Guests who spend $20,000 in one year will be automatically added to the Oro tier.
What is the sign up cost? No cost to sign up! In fact, we will give you 50 points at sign up.
How do I redeem my points? All points are redeemable on the app.
What are the rewards? Our rewards do change quarterly, but will always be for something special in our restaurants.
What do you offer for Birthdays and Anniversaries? We love celebrations! Keep an eye on your inbox for exclusive Birthday and Anniversary offerings. Each is valid for the month of your celebration
Can my children/spouse/friend dine and earn points? No, only the member may earn points. The good news is it is free to enroll, so encourage them to sign up!
Can I use more than one reward per visit? Yes, you may!
Are there any days I can’t use my rewards? We do have some black out days including: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentines Day, Easter and Mother’s Day. Rewards may also not be used on ticketed events such as wine dinners.

Some rewards may have restrictions (i.e. exclusion of certain cocktails or desserts).
Rewards may not be redeemed on certainly holidays including: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentines Day, Easter and Mother’s Day.
Tasting menus, jamon class and pasta classes may be selected online, final booking must be coordinated through FT Rewards team.
Tasting menus, jamon class and pasta classes are not available on Saturday evenings or holidays.
The company reserves the right to decline redemption dates for experiential rewards based upon availability. Should this occur, the guest relations team will work with FT Rewards members to find an acceptable alternate date. This is to ensure that you have a spectacular dining experience.
Points may be earned and redeemed at any Fabio Trabocchi Restaurant except for Fiola Miami in Coral Gables, FL and Seta su Ilma.
Rewards will be based on the total annual spend during your membership (tax and gratuity excluded) .
Once you have reached Gold Status, you will keep that status through the current and following calendar year. To maintain Gold Status, you must spend $25,000/earn 20,000 points.
All rewards must be redeemed through the FTR Rewards App.
Discounts and point accrual are applicable on all food and beverage purchases.
Points may not be earned on rental fees, tax, service charge or gratuity.
Points may not be earned on private event deposits.
Points may not be earned on purchase of gift cards.
FT Rewards reserve the right to cancel accounts that are inactive for more than 12 months.
Points are accrued from the date of enrollment, not a calendar year. The date of enrollment will be the date considered for point expiration.
If there is minimum of one paid visit/point accrual added to an account during the year, accrued points will be rolled over.
If there are no paid visit/points accrual added during the year, any un-redeemed points remaining forfeited .
Guests must present the phone number, FT Rewards number or ID code from the FT Rewards App to earn rewards.
Notification of any special events for cardholders such as double points or early release of event tickets will be via email and the FT Rewards App.
Point are non-transferable and may not be sold to a third party.
The benefits of this card will be extended to one (1) check per visit and cannot apply to multiple checks for the same meal period.
The name on the VIP Card must match the name on the credit card to accrue benefits.
Platino and Oro bonus points are not awarded for parties or Private Events.
The name of the person receiving Frequent Diner Club points must appear on the contract. In the case of a business event, either the planner or the host may receive points. For social events, only the host is eligible to receive points.
Points may not be earned on third party ordering apps including Uber Eats, Doordash and Tripleseat.
In the event the privileges conveyed with this card are abused by the cardholder, the Company reserves the right to revoke the card and refund the VIP membership on a pro-rated basis immediately.

SMS Opt-InSubscribers can opt-in for SMS messages from FT Rewards as a part of the loyalty registration process on the FT Rewards App. By doing so, you agree to recieve automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from FT Rewards to the mobile phone number you provided when signing up. Messages may pertain to promotional programs, new menu items, etc. Messages for this program will be sent from (240) 806-3107 and begin with FT Rewards.. Consent to receive automated marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and Data rates may apply.
